This hotel is a great value for money option near Delhi Airport. The location is very convenient, being just a short distance away from the airport. The staff here are attentive and friendly, providing a good level of service. The rooms are clean and come with a comfortable king size bed and AC. The breakfast included in the stay is a nice bonus.

All in all, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel does not have a restaurant in the premises, breakfast is some 300-400 m from the hotel, therefore, if flight early in the morning, you have to leave time for this.

They have very good management. They offered me Suite room for deluxe price . When we checked in the was about sold out but they offered all of us executive & suite rooms.

We generally travel in group. Our Company booked room in this hotel for us. We had got welcome calls & location information from the hotel. I like this.

Front desk was always trying to to charge us more money for everything. First they say one price for a taxi and when we want to take it they charge more for any reasons. Same for everything. Trying to cheat us every time.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and within walking distance to the train station. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, especially Mr. Vinod at the reception. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The hotel offered reasonably-priced taxi service and free internet access.

Hot water was patchy-had it in the evening but not in the morning. Sheets were clean but had stains on them.

The front desk was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. The staff was helpful with the baggage and room service responded within reasonable time.

Local or STD phone calls could not be made from the phone in the room. Maybe it is a standard feature in hotels given how popular mobile phones are these days. I did not happen to have one so I had to go down to the front desk where the receptionist was nice enough to let me use his cell phone to make a few local and long distance calls.

It would be nice if the hotel had a restaurant. I don't like using room service to get my meals. There was a restaurant nearby where I ate dinner and breakfast.

The hotel's location is perfect for those in transit. It is very close to the airport and convenient to get to due to its proximity to the Aero City metro station. the rooms are well, appointed and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. the staff is friendly and very accommodating, making the check, in and check, out process seamless.

The breakfast options could be improved, as they are quite basic and not as varied as other hotels in the area.

Was quiet.

There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom pipes. I was unable to access the internet and although I ordered a taxi the night before, there was no record of it and no taxi in the morning to take me to the airport.
